Harvest Community School does not accept any federal scholarships or the Florida McKay or Gardiner scholarship. We have been approved by the Florida Dept of Education to participate in the tax credit scholarship (Step Up for Students) and the Family Empowerment Scholarship.

If you are applying for a Step Up Scholarship, but have not been awarded, you may apply and test for enrollment, (the fee is $100 non-refundable for the first child). A spot for your child will not be held until registration is complete and Harvest has received your award letter. Any tuition or fees not covered by the state scholarship must be paid by the parent.


Testing fees are $50. Registration fees are $300 per student with a $600 family maximum.

For 2021-2022 our basic tuition rates are:

  • Kindergarten through 5th grade: $5,250
  • 6th through 8th grade: $6,500
  • 9th through 12th grade: $7,875

Facility fee: $750 per family

Activity fee: $250 per student

Graduation fee: $100 per senior

Parents are required to have a fingerprint/background check done; the cost is approximately $55 each.

Athletics and Fine Arts have additional fees.

Uniforms are purchased from R.C. Uniforms on Beach Blvd.

Curriculum is purchased by parents and varies by grade.


Accounting – All families are required to enroll in the FACTS Management system for payment of tuition and other fees. The fee for FACTS is approximately $50 per year.
