Welcoming Our New Head of School

Harvest Community School welcomes Todd Aiken as our new head of school. Todd joins Harvest with 36 years of experience in Christian education, having served as a classroom teacher, coach, and senior school leader across three schools throughout his career. Most recently he served as principal of the upper school at Worthington Christian School in Columbus, Ohio. Before that, he spent nearly two decades at Eden Christian Academy in Pittsburgh, Pa., where his leadership helped grow enrollment by 132% and guided the school through dual accreditation and the launch of dual enrollment partnerships with several major universities.

Todd’s approach to leadership is rooted in academic excellence, spiritual formation, and community. He is known for building strong faculty teams, investing in students personally, and creating school cultures where faith and scholarship go hand in hand. He holds a master of science in educational leadership from Regent University and a bachelor of science in human resource management from Messiah University.

A follower of Christ since childhood, Todd brings a deeply personal faith to his professional calling. He and his wife, Sherry, have been married for more than 28 years and are the parents of four children. He is eager to put down roots in the Harvest community and looks forward to getting to know every student and family the school serves.

"His leadership and heart for excellence will be a tremendous gift to our school and community."
